The Bihar BTSC Tutor Nursing Examination 2025 is conducted to recruit eligible candidates as Nursing Tutors in government and recognized nursing institutions across Bihar. The exam aims to fill 498 vacancies through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by verification of professional experience and registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council. Successful candidates will be appointed under Pay Level-8 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc Nursing OR B.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) OR Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration (D.N.E.A.)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional or teaching experience in the nursing field
- Must be registered with Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna

Selection Process:
- Written Examination (Computer-Based Test)
- 100 MCQs in Hindi and English, duration 2 hours
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Maximum Marks: 75
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General: 40%
- BC: 36.5%
- EBC: 34%
- SC / ST / Women / PwD: 32%
- Work Experience Marks: Maximum 25 marks (5 marks per completed year as Tutor on contract in Bihar nursing institutions)
- Merit List prepared based on written exam + experience marks
- Document Verification for registration and experience
Pay Scale:
- ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 (Grade Pay ₹4,800)
- Pay Level-8 as per 7th CPC
