Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
- Competency-Based Questions: 40–50% (includes MCQs, case/source-based integrated questions)
- Constructed Response Questions: Short and long answer types with reduced weightage
- Marks Distribution:
- Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science): 70 theory + 30 practical
- Mathematics, Commerce, Humanities: 80 theory + 20 internal/project
Admit Card and Registration – Main Exams
- Regular Candidates: Admit cards issued to schools; must be collected from school and signed by the principal
- Private Candidates: Download from CBSE website using application number, previous roll number & year, or name
- Release Date: Early February 2025
