Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian Citizen or subject of Nepal/Bhutan or Tibetan refugee settled in India before 1 January 1962; persons of Indian origin from specified countries intending permanent settlement in India
- Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025): 20 to 28 years (born between 02 August 1997 and 01 August 2005)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 Years (Max 50 Years)
- Widows/Divorced Women: 35 Years (Gen), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university; valid degree/mark sheet required
- Computer Literacy: Certificate/Diploma/Degree or studied IT/Computer as a subject
- Local Language Proficiency: Must read, write, speak, and understand the official language of the State/UT applied for; LLPT mandatory if proof not studied in 10th/12th
