About Exam:
The IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) CRP SPL-XV 2025 examination is conducted to recruit qualified candidates in various Scale I specialist positions across 11 participating public sector banks. The recruitment process includes three phases: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. Final selection will be based on merit and provisional allotment.

  4-year Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/Agri Marketing/Cooperation & Banking/Agro-Forestry/Forestry/Agricultural Biotechnology/Food Science/Agriculture Business Management/Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Agricultural Engineering
• Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):
  PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation OR
  PG Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at graduation
• Law Officer (Scale I):
  Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council
• HR / Personnel Officer (Scale I):
  Graduate + 2-Year Full-Time PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law
• Marketing Officer (Scale I):

• Total: 150 Questions | 125 Marks | 120 Minutes
• Negative Marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer

Phase II – Main Examination:

• Focused on Professional Knowledge
• Negative Marking: 0.25 per incorrect response

Phase III – Interview:

• Conducted for shortlisted candidates post-Main Exam
• Final selection based on performance in Mains + Interview
