NICL has released recruitment for Administrative Officer (AO) Scale-I posts in Generalist and Specialist streams for 2025. The selection process includes Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview stages. The recruited candidates will be posted across NICL branches/offices nationwide.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025):
    Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years
    Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Generalist: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
    • Specialist:
      • Doctors (MBBS): M.B.B.S./M.D./M.S. or PG Medical Degree with valid registration from National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
      • Legal: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
      • Finance: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)/Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR B.Com/M.Com with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
      • Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
      • Automobile Engineers: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Automobile Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹250 (inclusive of GST)
