- Maximum: 40 Years
- Age relaxation as per Rajasthan Govt. rules
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Computer proficiency through any one of the following:
- NIELIT O Level / DOEACC
- COPA Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications
- RS-CIT Certificate from VMOU, Kota
- Engineering Degree in any stream
- Equivalent computer qualification recognized by Govt.
- Language & Culture Requirement:
- Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script
- Knowledge of Rajasthani culture
- Nationality:
- Indian Citizen / Subject of Nepal / Bhutan
- Tibetan refugees who arrived before 01 January 1962
