Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Professional degrees like Engineering, Medicine, Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy also eligible

Experience

• Minimum 2 Years of service as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank
• Experience must be post-academic qualification
• Must submit certified job profile from the employer

Local Language Proficiency

• Must be able to read, write, and speak one of the designated local languages of the selected circle
• Exempted if the language was studied in 10th or 12th

CIBIL Record Criteria

• Candidates with adverse CIBIL or repayment records will be disqualified

Pay Scale

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- per month
• Pay Structure: ₹48,480–2000(7)–62,480–2340(2)–67,160–2680(7)–85,920
• Includes DA, HRA/Lease Rental, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, medical and other benefits
• Estimated In-hand Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,964 per month (metro cities)

Selection Process

1. Online Written Test
   • Objective Test: 120 Marks, 2 Hours
     • English Language: 30 Qs – 30 Marks – 30 mins
     • Banking Knowledge: 40 Qs – 40 Marks – 40 mins
     • General Awareness / Economy: 30 Qs – 30 Marks – 30 mins
     • Computer Aptitude: 20 Qs – 20 Marks – 20 mins
     • No Negative Marking
   • Descriptive Test: 50 Marks, 30 Minutes
     • Letter Writing and Essay (2 questions, 25 marks each)
2. Screening
   • Document Verification & Profile Assessment
3. Interview
   • Total Marks: 50
4. Local Language Proficiency Test
   • Required unless exempted

Final Merit List

• Prepared based on combined performance in:
  • Online Written Test (Objective + Descriptive): 75%
  • Interview: 25%
• Must qualify both stages independently
