SPA Result 2025 – Key Stages

• Typing Speed Test (Computer): 21 January 2025 – List of qualified candidates released
• Objective Written Test + Shorthand Skill Test: 07 August 2025 – List of candidates qualified for next stage released
• Final Consolidated Result: 09 August 2025 – Combined result of Written Test, Shorthand Skill Test, and Typing Speed Test released

Application Fee

• General / EWS / OBC: ₹1,000/-
• SC / ST / PH / Ex-Servicemen / Freedom Fighter Dependents: ₹250/-
• Payment Mode: Online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, or Mobile Wallet (non-refundable)

Age Limit (as on 31 December 2024)

• Senior Personal Assistant & Personal Assistant: 18–30 years
• Court Master (Shorthand): 30–45 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per SCI recruitment rules

Vacancy Details & Eligibility

Court Master (Shorthand) – 31 Posts

• Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
• English Shorthand speed: 120 w.p.m.
• Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of computer operation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Private Secretary / Senior PA / PA / Senior Stenographer in Government, PSU, or statutory bodies

Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) – 33 Posts

• Graduate from a recognized university
• English Shorthand speed: 110 w.p.m.
• Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of computer operation

Personal Assistant (PA) – 43 Posts

• Graduate from a recognized university
• English Shorthand speed: 100 w.p.m.
• Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of computer operation

Selection Process

• Typing Speed Test on Computer (minimum 40 w.p.m.)
• Shorthand Skill Test (as per required speed for post)
• Written Examination (Objective type – General English, Aptitude/Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Law for Court Master, Computer Knowledge)
• Group Discussion
• Interview
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
