Eligibility Criteria (as on 1 July 2025):
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years
(Age relaxation as per U.P. Government norms)
Educational Qualification:
- Passed High School with Science and Intermediate from UP Board or equivalent
- Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani)
- Diploma in Midwifery (Unani)
- Registered with Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh
- Must have valid certificate as Unani Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri)
Preferential Qualification (for direct recruitment):
- Two years’ service in the Territorial Army OR
- Possession of NCC “B” Certificate

Level-7 Pay Matrix: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (7th CPC)
