- Army Wing: Passed/Appearing 10+2 Exam from any recognized board in India
- Air Force & Naval Wings: Passed/Appearing 10+2 Exam with Physics and Mathematics

- Candidates must be born between: 02/01/2007 to 01/01/2010
- Age Relaxation: As per UPSC NDA II Exam 2025 rules
How to Fill NDA II Exam Online Form 2025:
- Upload a recent photograph not older than 10 days with your name and date printed on it
- One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory before applying
- Apply online between 28/05/2025 to 17/06/2025 through UPSC NDA portal
- Read the full notification carefully before filling out the application form
- Prepare all documents: Eligibility Proofs, ID Proof, Address Details, etc.
- Keep scanned copies of photograph, signature, and ID proof ready
- Review all entries in the form before final submission
- After submission, take a printout of the final form for future reference
