• Office Assistant cum Data Entry Operator – 11 (Women only)

Eligibility Criteria (As on 26 June 2025):

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Centre Administrator: Master’s in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Social Science with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Case Worker: Graduate in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Social Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Graduate in Law with women-related legal knowledge or training; minimum 3 years in related projects or 2 years in court practice
• Para Medical Personnel: Diploma / Degree in Paramedics with 3 years’ experience in a health-related project
• Psycho-social Counsellor: Bachelor’s in Psychology / Neuroscience with 3 years of related project experience
• Office Assistant cum DEO: Graduation with Diploma in IT/Computer and 3 years’ experience in data management, documentation, and web-based reporting

Age Limit (As on 26.06.2025):

• Unreserved Male: Max 37 years
• Unreserved Female / BC / EBC: Max 40 years
• SC/ST (Male/Female): Max 42 years
  (Age relaxation applicable as per Bihar Government norms)

Application Fee:
No fee for any category

Selection Process:

• Stage 1: Online Application submission
• Stage 2: Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience
• Stage 3: Interview
• Final Selection: Based on 100 marks:
  • Educational Qualification: up to 60 marks
  • Relevant Work Experience: up to 15 marks (5 marks/year, max 15)
  • Interview: up to 25 marks
• Stage 4: Document Verification

4. Register as a new user
5. Log in and fill the application form
6. Upload scanned documents (certificates, ID, caste certificate if applicable, etc.)
7. Submit the form online
8. Take a printout of the final form
